Chun Dance was founded in 2012 as a local Dance Studio in Taoyuan city, the director Hsieh-Yi Chun and her sisters would like to nurture an environment dedicated to fostering people's passion for contemporary dance art.

In 2018, Chun Dance transitioned to a professional dance company, and was honored with a nomination of the Outstanding Art Performing Teams in Taoyuan city. Starting in 2023, we became a glocal dance company, applying to and participating various dance festivals, wishing to find stages for our young dancers and form a strong bond with global audience.

Our works embody three core developmental directions : positioning cultural self-identity, undertaking experimental productions, and relentless pursuit of skills enhancement and physical semiotics exclusively belongs to Chun Dance.

自 2012創立以來，團長謝宜君所創立的君舞蹈劇場致力於推廣培養桃園在地人對於現代舞藝術的熱情以及提供愛好者良好學習的環境。

在 2018年我們成為了一個專業舞團並持續榮獲桃園市傑出演藝團隊的殊榮。於 2023 以後，我們也轉變為一個兼具在地及國際視野的團隊，致力於向國際藝術節推廣舞作，期望為團隊中的年輕舞者尋覓舞台以及與國際觀眾勾起連結。

我們在作品發展上有三個核心面向：文化及自我認同追尋、與各客座編舞家編創實驗性作品，以及對身體以及舞蹈技巧、專屬於君舞的身體語彙的不斷追求。
